Report N1 (added on December, 9, 2016)

I first came across Freda Odoom at Badoo roughly 15 months ago. She is Ghanaian and she was living in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
We chatted at Badoo, by email and WhatsApp, unfortunately I do not have records of these conversations they were lost when I had to renew my hard drive. Photos sent to me at that time are still with me though.
Freda told me that she was a teacher and was looking for work in Sao Paulo but she was finding it difficult to obtain. My first suspicions were that she was either smuggling precious stones or drugs. I guessed she might be a mule.
I asked her to take selfies which she did willingly. These photos were normal nice pictures as seen below.
We chatted regularly and I offered to help her get a job in sales, she accepted and I arranged an interview with a businessman friend of mine. She failed to attend the interview. Several more interviews were arranged but she failed to attend any of them.
One evening I texted her on WhatsApp and she said she was at home, very ill, she hadn’t eaten for days and had no money whatsoever. She asked me to help with money to buy food. I offered to send a Policeman friend to her address to give her some cash and check her medical condition. She then suddenly told me that she was now at a hospital and being attended to.
I asked her to send me a selfie which she did, see below:
In my humble opinion as a retired drugs squad officer at New Scotland Yard she was a mule and a condom of drugs had burst in her stomach. This became more apparent the next day when I tried to contact her and was unable. I phoned her again the following day (2 days after her being ill in Sao Paulo) and she informed me she was home in Ghana. She had been asking me for money two days earlier, pleading poverty. She was very abrupt with me and I heard no more from her until now.
A week ago I received a message from her via facebook messenger asking how I was and telling me she was in Ghana.
I asked if she was teaching again and she told me that she was starting her own enterprise, I asked what and she said she would gmail me with the details. The details didn’t come and she next asked me if I was interested in a partnership with he, letter attached. It took me 3 or 4 more letters to find that the business was to be in Monrovia and would either be a Bakery, Supermarket or something similar. I told her that I needed to sell my house and find a new partner to share my life before I invested. I then ceased to contact her for a while.
I received a nasty letter this morning from her and as she probably will not contact me again am submitting this report for your perusal and evaluation.
In my humble opinion Freda Odoom is an active scammer and is most certainly looking for victims at this time. She says she is in Monrovia but I believe she is actually at home in Ghana.
